Supply Chain Due Diligence Act
Responsibility to respect human rights and to protect the environment
We are aware of our corporate responsibility to respect human rights and to protect the environment. We therefore commit to respecting human rights and environmental rights in our own business operations as well as in our supply and value chains, and to enabling those affected by violations to access remedies. Further information can be found in our policy statement.
Sometimes business-related violations of laws or our policies may occur that we may not see or immediately recognize. Here, we rely on your support. We would like to encourage you to inform us of any potential violations you become aware of. For this purpose, you can use our complaints procedure, which is described in more detail in the rules of procedure for complaints handling.
Responsible collaboration with our suppliers is particularly important to us. Therefore, we have defined our expectations regarding human rights, working conditions, environmental protection, and ethical business conduct in a binding Supplier Code of Conduct. This code forms the basis for a fair and sustainable partnership.
